2021 Season Highlights
My assignment for the 2021 football season was to capture moments that would accurately represent the ups and downs faced by the team, while turning those into motivational videos to be watched prior to each game. Without formal education in creative media, this opportunity served as a valuable piece in the development of my skills. and the progression can be seen from week one to week twelve. For example, while I have strong thematic elements and good pacing in my first video, the sound design could be improved and became a focal point towards my development throughout the season. As the head coach assigned a new Focus Word each week, I would have to build compelling videos around motivational speeches, which would reinforce each message and connect it directly to the task-at-hand.
